Target dimensions

A normal landscape photo is much wider than 9:16. Crop or Fill keeps the frame full and lets you choose, or center, the part that remains. Fit shows the whole photo with space above and below.

How cropping works

The reel preset uses the same pixel size. Resizing a cover image does not edit the reel video itself.

Drag the preview when Crop is selected. Reset crop returns to a centered view. The downloaded file uses the pixel size shown for the preset.

Privacy

The image is decoded and resized in your browser. It is not uploaded to SizeUply and it is not sent to the social network.

Questions

Will SizeUply crop my image?

Only if you choose Crop or Fill. Fit keeps the entire image inside the frame and does not stretch it.

Can I resize one image for multiple platforms?

Yes. Use Create multiple sizes on the social resizer, then Download All.

Can I resize images without uploading them?

Yes. SizeUply reads the image in your browser and creates the new file there. The image is not uploaded.

What image formats are supported?

JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP. HEIC, GIF, and AVIF are not accepted.
