SizeUply is a free browser utility created by Vijay Mishra. These terms are a plain-language notice, not jurisdiction-specific legal advice. Have them reviewed before you rely on them as a contract.

Using the tool

You are responsible for having the right to use and modify the images you process. The tool does not review those files. Do not use the site to interfere with the service.

Availability

The site is provided as available. Processing depends on your browser. A very large image can fail when the browser runs out of memory. That failure should stay limited to the file, not take down the page.

Intellectual property

You keep the rights you already have in your images. Downloaded results are created on your device. The SizeUply name, logo, and site content belong to their owner. Do not copy the site and present it as your own product.

Limitation of liability

Compression and conversion can reduce visual quality. Exact-size mode aims for a file at or below the target and may fall short, especially with PNG. Check the preview before you rely on a result. The tool is provided as-is, without a warranty. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost data or for how you use a downloaded file.

Third-party links and changes
